2022 NW Region Elimination Trial

Hall of Fame

2019 Inductee into the NW NSTRA Hall of Fame This year’s entry into the Hall of Fame of Magnum Max Power (Max), Mike Smith’s dynamic chocolate Brittany. Max earned his first placement, a 3rd place, on April 26, 2008 at the Green Valley Club trial in Brownsville, OR. Only a month later in Benge, WA, Max would take home the title of NW region elimination champion; at two months shy of his third birthday, Max was just getting started on his list of achievements. In May 2011, Max won the region elimination championship a second time, something that no other NW dog had done previously—or since. Then in 2013, Max won the region championship for a third time, setting a record that will likely stand for a very long time in NW NSTRA. By September 2014, Max had become the most winning Brittany in NW NSTRA history. By the time of his retirement in 2016, Max was a six time NSTRA champion, with 109 life time points, including 57 1st place points. Congratulations to Max and Mike on a fantastic Hall of Fame career together!
